in order of priority, must be discussed prior to our arrival. Texting pictures is
always helpful!
Material cost, and any haul-away/dump fee's, are billed extra.
We are not licensed electricians or plumbers. We can clear a clogged drain,
but we cannot install new pipes or touch anything with exposed wires.
